Is Black Ops 2 going to be a Shooter-Mmo?

Since Robert Bowling has left the Creative Studios. There were some rumors going around about Black Ops 2.  As an example there won't be a story modus for Black Ops 2 or it's going to be free-to-play. And Elite subscribers will have some advantages.
